Dr. Ravi Raheja graduated from the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School in New Jersey and became a pediatrician in 1997. After years of practicing medicine, he and his partners found that many of their patients needed a more reliable system for their after-hours calls. That is when he developed the concept of TriageLogic, with the mission to provide outstanding patient triage software, at an affordable price.
Ravi saw that technology could be used to improve medical care and created several systems and platforms to help integrate and coordinate patient care. He has used his medical training and expertise in complex technology to create efficient systems that make quality care consistent and available to more people. Some of his biggest clients include, Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, Intermountain Healthcare, and Franciscan Alliance.
After the success of TriageLogic, Ravi evolved his business model and Continuwell was created. This company was developed to provide businesses and organizations access to telehealth services and new technology, like the Continuwell mobile application (app). This app allows companies to create a custom dashboard with all of their resources in one place, and includes Continuwell’s telehealth services. Companies are also able engage employees by sending push notifications and messages. Continuwell offers companies the benefit of having a single mobile app that includes all of their benefits for employees, wellness programs, and access to our telehealth services, thus improving coordination of information and saving on unnecessary health expenses.
In addition to being committed to providing quality telehealth services and software, Dr. Raheja is also devoted to lowering healthcare costs in general, by applying a business model designed to help reduce the rate of unnecessary visits to emergency room. He has also been working on establishing partnerships with local nonprofits and companies, such as Rethreaded and Baptist Medical Center, to improve access to care for consumers who would otherwise have trouble obtaining services.
