Happy 2018! We are excited that the Continuwell platform has been helping people improve access to health and wellness resources as well as making them more efficient at work with easy access to productivity tools. The beginning of the new year is a great time to look ahead as well as enjoy all that we have accomplished this past year.
With the goal of keeping with our mission “To better the lives of all people by improving access and communication about health, benefits, and resources,” we have developed several new features that we are launching for our customers.
First, with the goal of making it easier to manage employee resources and benefits, we have created an easy to use intuitive dashboard for administrators. The dashboard will allow managers to send push notifications, organize events and surveys within the app, create messages within the app, add and modify their company information within the app, and manage member access. Second, new for 2018, we are launching a data analytics tab on the dashboard. This data analytics feature will help employers get details on how their members are using the app. For example, what products are employees most interested in? Which products are being underutilized and require promoting? How many employees clicked on push notifications or a call to action?
With the use of push notifications, employers have a direct line of communication to their employees. People are four times more likely to read a push notification, as opposed to emails. Whether it is important company announcements or a weekly motivational quote, push notifications can be easily sent from the Continuwell dashboard. The platform includes the ability to segment the notifications to specific employee demographics to ensure that the message is relevant. Managers can pull reports on notification delivery and open rates to continuously measure effectiveness and resend notifications to those who have not acted on the push notification.
As all HR directors and CFOs know, getting access to data and reports is crucial to determine the effectiveness of an engagement tool. We are excited to inform that administrators will now be able to get all of the analytics that they want in their administrator portal. Administrators can get up-to-date information on app usage, the number of unique visitors to the app, the products that the staff used, and much more. Finally, when people must select health benefits and other services from those offered by an employer or organization, they often confront a poorly-organized, confusing pile of paper, usually in file folders they have never opened. When there is a sudden need for help there are no quick answers, which often leads to worsening health as people ignore symptoms.
